"My goal was weight loss....it was my only goal starting on this program. Although I did lose 7 lbs (and believe me it was no easy 7 lbs and it took me a full 13 weeks to get there) and I am so pleased with that, in the beginning I felt like it was NEVER going to happen. I was doing ALL THE THINGS...or so I thought I was...turns out I was making some really positive lifestyle changes...but I was not doing all the things. "Over the last 12 weeks I became consistent with exercise, mostly avoided foods that causes an IBS flare-up or inflammation, started practicing mindful eating so that I can dump the diet mentality, started daily journaling, practicing EFT fairly regularly (Tapping Solutions app), and this week I started to do daily mindfulness exercises (Calm app).
