I’m so excited to welcome you into the next evolution of The M-Powered Shift — an online community coaching experience created specifically for women in midlife who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more supported in their bodies.
Over the last year, this program has continued to grow and evolve alongside the women inside it — and with that growth has come some important changes rooted in experience, research, and real life.

These weekly calls are the heart of The M-Powered Shift.
Each session is thoughtfully guided and designed to help you understand and apply what you’re learning around:

• Nervous system regulation and stress
• Nutrition and digestion
• Movement, recovery, and mindset
While this is group coaching (not 1:1), these calls are interactive, educational, and deeply supportive — allowing women to learn not only from me, but from each other.
My regular 1:1 coaching rate is $80 + HST per 60-minute session.
With four group coaching calls per month, and valuing these conservatively at half the private rate, the group coaching component alone represents approximately $160/month in value.
Replays are always available if you can’t attend live.
