Beginning January 12, 2026, The M-Powered Shift is an invitation to slow down, learn what your body truly needs in this season, and create sustainable changes that actually last!-------
This program was designed for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause who are tired of conflicting advice and ready for clarity, understanding, and real support.

Throughout the 6 months, we explore how hormones, stress, metabolism, digestion, movement, and the nervous system are all connected — and how to work with your body instead of against it.

Investment & Gifted Pricing
This January 2026 session reflects an intentional shift.
Because many women are feeling financially stretched — and because this may be the final year I offer community coaching in this format — everyone is receiving my returning-client rate.
Investment: $99 + HST CAD per month for 6 months
There is no contract that you will be locked into, but I will always suggest that you commit to a period of time for yourself that allows for learning and also for your body to respond to changes! A reminder that our body is not amazon Prime!
